Why is there other learning on my learning plan?
- These have been pre-assigned to you based on the learning requirements of your role
- You need to complete these by the due date that is shown next to the learning course
- Some curricula have multiple delivery methods ie. Face To Face or online. Where these are the same course, you only need to select one to meet your learning requirements. For most, this will be the online/eLearning module.
- If you are unsure about the learning that has been assigned to you or a member of your team please contact your trainer in the first instance otherwise lodge a service ticket with MyIT and they will direct your query to the correct area for support.
