Accessing your pay details
If you’re an Australia Post Group employee, you can access your payslips through your OurPost Dashboard. Here’s how:
(Note: If you are a Decipha, SecurePay or POLiPay employee you will need to log on to OurPost with your APG Team login credentials to access your OurPost Dashboard.)
- Click on the OurPost Dashboard link in the top right-hand corner of OurPost, and log into your account.
- Select the My Self Service tile under the Me and My Role heading to go directly to your My Self Service overview page.
- Select My Payslips under the My Pay heading
- All payslips dates will appear in a new screen with the most recent payslip at the top. Use the space bar to search for an older payslip. (Alternately, scroll down and select the payslip you want to view.)
If you’re employed by an agency or vendor, contact them directly for all pay related queries.
Managing your leave
Australia Post Group employees with a corporate login
For Australia Post, StarTrack, SecurePay, POLiPay and Decipha employees who do not enter their time via a Time & Attendance system can apply for leave through the OurPost Dashboard.
Here’s how:
- Click on the My Dashboard in the top right corner of OurPost and log in to your account.
- Select the My Self Service tile under the Me and My Role heading to go directly to your My Self Service overview page.
- Select My Leave under the My Requests heading. A new page will prompt you to create your leave request and select the leave type from the top box that appears. Enter the start and end date for the leave period you’re requesting. Provide additional information relating to your leave request in the Notes field.
- Attach any relevant documents (for example, a copy of your medical certificate for sick leave) to the Attachments section. (Select Upload, then Browse. Select the relevant document and select Upload. Once added, you can view the attachments by selecting Display, or you can remove by selecting Delete.)
- Once you’ve completed all required fields, select Submit.
Top tips:
- To reset the form at any stage, select Reset at the bottom of the screen.
- View your leave balances from this screen by selecting Balances at the bottom of your screen.
View your leave history from this screen by clicking History at the bottom of the screen. If you forget to attach a medical certificate for a personal leave booking, please ensure your manager sights the documentation to approve the application. This does not need to be submitted to Payroll, however it is recommended to keep a copy of these documents at the facility in case they are needed for future reference
Australia Post & StarTrack employees at our delivery, processing and transport facilities
Your leave requests and approvals are managed through the time and attendance systems called Workbrain and Kronos. Your leave bookings/requests may be handled by a delegated officer who has access to Time Administrator Self Service (TASS) to enter leave requests for you.
TASS is the portal designed to provide Workbrain and Kronos administrators and Network Support Officers (NSOs) with SAP portal functionality to view roster details and enter time as well as leave and allowance data for the facilities- or field-based employees they’re responsible for.
Australia Post employees at retail outlets
Leave bookings are managed through the online Retail Manager Self-Service (RMSS). Your leave bookings/requests may be entered by your manager or handled by a Retail Network Support Officer (NSO) who has access to RMSS to enter leave requests for you. Please follow your local process to apply for leave.
Decipha award employees
Your leave requests and approvals are managed through the time and attendance systems called MyWorkplace. Please follow your local process to apply for leave.
